Who I am

I have worked in the financial services field for more than 25 years, providing viable solutions through life insurance, long term care, annuities, living trusts and now forward and  reverse mortgage products from all the most highly rated companies. These tools provide the best solution for 401k and IRA rollovers.

I work with integrity following preparation for the ministry and the information publishing business where honesty was essential to building trust.

With today’s volatility in the stock market and the need for more income in even longer retirement periods, the newest equity indexed annuity products -- now referred to as second generation -- work well to provide security in a very insecure world with the promise of guaranteed income the goal for those concerned about the money running out in their lifetime.

I recently buried my 98–year-old father who lived with me in his declining years, serving as the trustee of his estate and distributing assets through the miracle of a living trust which I provide with the help of a capable Arizona attorney at reasonable cost.

I am licensed life and health agent by the State of Aizona having held those same licenses in Oregon and California in recent years. I recently lost my wife of nearly 50 years and have two children, four grandchildren and one great grandchild. My new bride, Joanne lives with me in Yuma AZ where I have made my home for the past 10 years, coming from Oregon to be with my father in his old age. I work now from a well equipped office in my home in the Yuma Foothills from which I serve my clients faithfully as friends.

I use the bsiness name Strycker and Associates because of the professionals I work with thoughout the financial services industry to bring you the best information and support. We talk with people about "strategies" for retirement but the only real strategy is yours. The more you can describe what you want, the better I am able to help you. That will help distinguish what I do from the typical investment firm where mandates come from above in the corporate hierarchy, or even worse, from somewhere else altogether.

 I am always happy to discuss with you the strategies available now for retirement. I believe I can make this phase a better one as I have for so many others in Yuma County..
